Tell your story with your own voice. This masterclass is not about scoring with a hard high note, but singing honestly with heart and soul. Do you want to give your own interpretation to a song, find variation and depth? We work on it from interpretation and improvisation. It is not only about what you sing, but also about how you sing it.

Times: 10:00-17:00 hrs with a one hour lunch break (included)

OVER HARTOG
Hartog Eysman is an empathetic, sensitive teacher who looks at the whole person and seeks to create a safe setting. He is more interested in original expression than technical perfection. As an artist and maker, he has broad interests. Hartog began as a bass guitarist in rock bands, then studied Vocals at the conservatory. He sang pop, jazz and electronic soul in clubs and theaters, and has been writing his own songs for years. As a singer-songwriter, he released several solo albums. Today he sings in EYSIR (narrative song duo) and Cloudfish (songscapes, improvisation). Hartog teaches voice at the Artez conservatory in Arnhem.
